Terms & Conditions – Delivery and Click & Collect

1. Delivery area:
Delivery is currently available within a 60km radius of Newcastle. This will be enforced at checkout. If you believe you live within the delivery radius and you’re unable to check out, please reach out to the team.

2. Deliveries
Most orders are completed within 4-10 business days. We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

2. Click & Collect Orders
Most orders are completed within 4-10 business days, often sooner. We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Click & collect customers will receive an email in the coming days confirming the available click & collect dates and times.

3. General

• We recommend placing orders early to secure preferred delivery or collection dates.

• Delivery times are subject to availability and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

• These terms apply to all online and Click & Collect orders.

• All deliveries are charged a flat delivery fee of $30.
